ZF develops world’s first nine speed automatic transmission


One of the world's largest manufacturer of transmission, ZF connect with the world's first nine-speed automatic transmission for passenger cars equipped with transversely mounted engines. The transmission is equal to eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, rear wheel drive cars from brands such as Audi, Bentley, BMW, Range Rover and Rolls-Royce is currently in use. It would be a nine-speed transmission is ideal for front wheel drive cars and it is expected that the increase in fuel consumption.
