Mercedes Benz officially unveiled the details and photos of the new SLK, which was accidentally discovered in a French-language video late last year. The SLK two-seater roadster debuted on the 125-mark Birthday in Stuttgart until the end of this month. With all new rear-drive platform, the chassis has a sportier SLK and is also available in diesel.
The new model is supported by a wider track and variable suspension, which will be offered in an extra package of skill. The SLK will be offered in three engine variants to choose from. Engine options include 1.8-liter turbo engine for the SLK 200 with 184HP and a torque of 270N and 6.4liters/100. Again, 1.8-liter turbo engine for the SLK 250 with 204HP and a torque of 310N with 6.2liters/100km. And at the end of the SLK 350 with 306hp and 370nm torque, using 7.1 liters/100km.
The SLK 200 is equipped with six-speed gearbox and accelerates 0-62 mph in 7.0 seconds, while an SLK350 with 3.5-liter direct injection V6 gets a new seven-speed automatic transmission. Furthermore, the SLK 350 the number of fuel-saving features, including stop-start provides significantly improved performance and economy. Sprint from zero to 62 mph time is 5.6sec and 39.8mpg combined fuel consumption.
It will also create new Mercedes SLK, diesel engine, a dual-turbo 2.1-liter four-pot with 204bhp. Replacement of the SLK55 is also designed in the UK at the end of the year. Will the new atmospheric version of the AMG 5.5-liter V8 producing around 420bhp.
